Cloud Provider

A cloud provider is typically your cloud company, you can choose between Microsoft and Google which are the main cloud providers. Other customs providers can become available on request.

TagLinker read your files from your cloud provider basically PDF files and spreadsheets. Taglinker scope is limited to:

  • Read the PDF you have selected.
  • Read the spreadsheets you have selected.
  • Create web documents under a folder for Taglinker you have selected.
  • Update the column 'note' and 'status' of your spreadsheets if the user update them.

Linking a cloud provider to TagLinker is very simple, you just click Microsoft or Google icon in the settings menu.

Once you click the Microsoft or Google icon, the authorization process starts, this process used oauth2 technology which is standard in the industry. The process flow shall be as follow:

Verification

Duting the authorization process, the cloud provider will warn you that TagLinker has not been verified by them. At this stage of development, we did not get through all the verification steps required by these cloud providers, these steps will be initiated and completed in the future. However, our terms and condittions and policies are very clear and protect you and us in the most professional manner as possible, therefore we kindly ask you to trust TagLinker if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us .
